Eugenia Reznik is a Ukrainian–Franco–Canadian visual artist. Working within a research-creation framework, she brings together sociological perspectives with performative and documentary practices, digital arts, and botanical research. Her work explores issues of displacement, the transmission of memory, and the connections between plant and human migration. A recipient of several grants, she has presented her work in numerous exhibitions and events across Canada, Europe, and the United States.
Anna Arkhipchuk is a Ukrainian-Canadian-Portuguese musician, folk singer and pianist, who dedicates her art to preserving and reviving authentic Ukrainian musical heritage. From a young age, she has explored and performed Ukrainian folklore, collecting and bringing ancient songs back to life. For more than twenty years, Anna was a member of the «Bozhychi» ensemble, with which she performed at international European festivals, presenting the authentic sound of Ukrainian folk culture. Her artistic journey includes collaborations with Ukrainian, Canadian and Portuguese musical ensembles, as well as participation in theatrical projects and the creation of archives of ancient Ukrainian songs. Anna studies traditional rituals and cultural codes, creating a living bridge between the past and the present and preserving the voice of tradition for future generations.
Alexey Reznik is a multidisciplinary artist born in Ukraine and based in Toronto, whose practice unfolds at the intersection of visual arts and music. His work explores human relationships and lived experiences in contexts of conflict, examining dynamics of displacement, fragmentation, and division, both historical and contemporary. An oud player, he regularly performs with his group Maayan Band, where he weaves musical traditions with contemporary influences. He is also engaged in international and interdisciplinary collaborations that forge sensitive connections between sound, memory, and place.
